BODYBALANCE is a new yoga class for everyone. They use a series of movements to the rhythm of music that will improve not only your mind and body, but also your entire life.


The exercises involve making the body flexible/stretching through safe and simple yoga movements. BODYBALANCE classes combine elements of Tai Chi and Pilates, which aim to strengthen the condition of the entire body. Breath control is part of all exercises, and instructors always adapt exercises for those who are just starting out.
