A set of exercises aimed at preventing lower crossed syndrome. In the case of lower crossover syndrome, as a result of frequent sitting, but also other factors, contracture of the back and iliopsoas muscles (psoas major, minor and iliacus muscles) occurs. At the same time, the abdominal and buttocks muscles become weaker. This leads to pain and limited mobility of the lumbar spine and hips.
