Training using skid discs. It allows you to effectively strengthen your core muscles, i.e. your body muscles. The special design allows you to perform a variety of exercises that engage the abdominal, back, pelvis and hip muscles. When training with slip discs, the user rests their feet or hands on them and moves them in different directions.
