ABS CLASS

A set of exercises dedicated to the anterior abdominal muscles: internal and external oblique, rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis, pyramidal and the posterior muscles, i.e. quadratus lumborum.

HEALTHY SPINE CLASS

A set of exercises aimed at preventing lower crossed syndrome.

PROUD CLASS

Training prepared by our trainers using training accessories from our long-time partner PROUD.

SLIDE CLASS

Training using skid discs. It allows you to effectively strengthen your core muscles, i.e. your body muscles.
