Tuesday 8:05

Wednesday 7:00 p.m. and 7:45 p.m

Friday 7:00 p.m. and 7:45 p.m

Sunday 7:00 p.m. and 7:45 p.m

The session is led by Natalia Wawer, a qualified sauna master from the Polish Sauna Society. He selects aromatherapy (2-3 scents), performs techniques of waving a fan and a towel to the rhythm of appropriately selected music.

A sauna session effectively cleanses the body of toxins by intensively sweating them out along with excess subcutaneous water. Using a sauna improves the efficiency of the circulatory system and accelerates metabolism.

Participation in sauna sessions is free for Club members. The number of places is limited.
